Welcome to TM-Forged.com. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our services and establish the rules for all transactions with TM-Forged.

1. Product Specifications & Customization

All TM-Forged wheels and accessories are custom-built to order. Specifications such as finish, sizing, offsets, and bolt patterns are manufactured based on the information provided by the customer. TM-Forged is not liable for errors caused by incorrect specifications submitted by the buyer.

2. Order Processing & Lead Times

Each forged wheel set is built from scratch using aerospace-grade materials and precision engineering. Standard lead times for production and delivery are 7–10 weeks from the date of order confirmation. While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays outside of TM-Forged’s control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or liability.

3. Payment Terms & Transaction Security

Full payment is required at the time of order completion. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption technology. TM-Forged does not assume responsibility for third-party payment processing errors or delays.

4. Shipping, Handling & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped via insured carriers to the customer’s designated address. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier. TM-Forged is not liable for delays, customs clearance issues, or damages during transit unless insurance claims are approved by the carrier.

5. Return Policy & Non-Refundable Orders

Because all wheels are custom-built to customer specifications, all sales are final. Returns, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted except in cases where TM-Forged confirms a product defect or incorrect item. Approved returns will be handled via repair or replacement at TM-Forged’s discretion.

6. Warranty Terms & Limitations

TM-Forged wheels carry a lifetime structural and 2 year wheel finish warranty under normal driving conditions. This warranty excludes:

• Track or racing abuse
• Curb damage
• Improper mounting or installation
• Modifications outside of OEM specifications

Warranty claims must be submitted with photographic evidence and purchase documentation for review.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on TM-Forged.com, including images, CAD drawings, logos, product descriptions, and branding materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of TM-Forged. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent.

8. Website Availability & Data Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate product data and consistent website availability. However, TM-Forged does not guarantee error-free product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TM-Forged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle damage
• Loss of use or time
• Installation or labor costs
  arising from the use or installation of our products.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. User Conduct & Account Management

Customers agree not to engage in unlawful behavior, hate speech, spam, or any misuse of the TM-Forged website or services. TM-Forged reserves the right to disable user accounts for violations of these terms.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

All customer data, including payment details and personal information, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or distribute customer information to third parties without consent.
