Every custom TMF wheel is made out of aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum for a high strength-to-weight ratio product, the best money can buy!
Finite Elements Analysys (FEA)
When it comes to performance, safety is atop of the list. Every TMF wheel undergoes an equivalent of a 200,000 test cycle for a structural calculation, which measures the fatigue limitation of the material.
To further ensure the wheels will perform at a high level, FEA captures the specific vehicle weight (load), ET of the vehicle and the rolling circumference.
These values enable a colored diagram (von Mises) analysis, where each tension point is effectively calculated to ensure structural soundness of the wheel.
Final Design
Once the team confirms the safety and final design of the wheel, the raw material is sent to production where our capabilities allow for wheel sizes up to 26”in modular or mono block styles.
